Damage in transit

Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. If it has been damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photographs of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label.

These photographs let us review the issue with the carrier and help you with the next steps under our shipping and damage policy. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can resolve it.

Made-to-order pieces

Because each piece is made to order — often to your measurements and specifications — it is made for you and cannot simply be restocked. If you have any doubt about dimensions, faucet configuration or stone before ordering, write to us first and we will confirm every detail before production begins.

Natural variation is not a defect

Natural marble varies in color and veining, so every piece has its own appearance and will not look exactly like the photographs. This variation is part of what makes natural stone special and is not grounds for a return.
