Our pieces are made to order. Production times vary depending on the design and the level of customization, and the estimated timeline is confirmed for your order before we begin.
If you are working to a renovation schedule, tell us your dates when you order and we will confirm what is possible.
Marble is heavy and deserves respect in transit. Each piece is packed specifically for its weight and shape so it arrives in the condition it left the atelier. Our customers regularly tell us the packaging exceeded their expectations.
Delivery details — carrier, timing and cost — are confirmed with your order, since they depend on the piece and your location. If you have questions about delivery to your area before ordering, just ask.
Please inspect your piece on delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, contact us promptly with photographs of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label so we can review the issue and help with the next steps under our shipping and damage policy.
